RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY (REFUND VIA ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY)

Effective July 1, 2021, all returned items via courier service will be given online Store Credit only. We will not allow for exchange of sizes / any other items regardless of reason. We will not process any refund to the bank or credit card.

nichii Malaysia reserves the right to deny the refund via online store credit and/or exchange within the same physical store request if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements below.

The management of NFC CLOTHIER SDN. BHD. reserves the right to limit or refuse a claim, the right to vary or amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In any case of dispute, NFC CLOTHIER SDN. BHD. reserves the right of final decision.

There are TWO WAYS where you can return the items to us.

#1: RETURN ITEMS / PACKAGE TO OUR HQ VIA COURIER SERVICE AND GET A REFUND IN THE FORM OF ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Pack your item in original shipping packaging, insert the order slip you wish to return for online Store Credit, using a REGISTERED postal service and mail your item to:

#2: RETURN ITEMS / PACKAGE TO ONE OF OUR STORES AND:-

#2B: GET A REFUND IN THE FORM OF ONLINE STORE CREDIT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
You are eligible for an online Store Credit for your returned items or exchange of your item within one of our stores, subject to the following conditions of our Return Policy:

• The following timeframes apply: Online (Malaysia): 30 days from date of delivery.
• Proof of purchase must be included with the returned merchandise. You may reprint from your Account records online if lost.
• Unworn, unused, unwashed regular priced item(s) in their original state with original tags and receipt may be exchanged.
• No exchange for size, colour and/or any other item.
• Returns can only be made once per order number. Meaning that any item(s) requested for exchange (terms apply) or any orders made with return credit cannot be returned or exchanged the consequent time.
• The management reserves the right to limit or refuse an exchange or refund.
• The above terms and conditions may be changed, revised and/or altered without prior notice.
• We will not provide a refund via any other means (i.e. cash, in physical store credit, same mode of payment, bank-in to your account etc.) for any reason and will not entertain any request to do so.

Measurements shown refer to body measurements and not the measurements of the garment.

Measurements provided are for references only. We carry an extensive range of designs made with varying material and cutting, body measurements and international size chart provided serve as a guide.

Choice of sizing and fitting is ultimately at Customre's own discretion and subjective to Customer's own preference.

Fitting may vary even for same size articles of different designs. Depending on the characteristics of the fabric, measurements may differ +/- 1 inch.
