RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY (REFUND VIA ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY)
You can return your online purchases to us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you a refund via ONLINE STORE CREDIT only.
Effective July 1, 2021, all returned items from online orders via courier service will be given online Store Credit only. We will not process any refund to the bank or credit card nor exchange sizes / any other items regardless of reason.
We will not provide a refund via any other means (i.e. cash, in physical store credit, same mode of payment, bank-in to your account etc.) for any reason and will not entertain any request to do so.
There are TWO WAYS where you can return the items to us.
#1: RETURN ITEMS / PACKAGE TO OUR HQ AND GET A REFUND IN THE FORM OF ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Step-by-step guide on returning items / order via postage:
Pack your item in original shipping packaging, insert the order slip you wish to return for online Store Credit, using a REGISTERED postal service and mail your item to:

- Fees & delivery timing is dependent on your local courier service plus customs clearance and delivery fees will be borne by you.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org citing your Order Confirmation number (usually starts with #1XXX), attach your courier slip with tracking number clearly captured.
- Check your online Store Credit by logging into your online account with us, using the same email you had used to purchase the order, after 7-10 working days.
Do note that returning the item(s) does not necessarily warrant a refund from nichii. Proof of returning the item does not qualify as a return and will not be eligible for a refund.
- It is important to choose a traceable mode of postage as we can only process the parcels that reach us.
- Please hold on to your postage tracking slip until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed.
- We would advise you to send a snapshot of your tracking slip to our email@example.com email, along with your order number and refund via online Store Credit request.
Please be informed that our Customer Care Center may contact you for additional information. Issuance of online Store Credit might take longer if there is a delayed reply. The Customer Care Center team will get back to you once the return item is received and processed. This normally takes 7-10 working days. Extenuating circumstances, festive backlogs and delays may apply.
We strongly recommend that you return your items via registered post. No personal direct returns to the warehouse will be allowed due to security reasons. PLEASE DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DROP-OFF THE ITEMS / PACKAGE OR WALK-IN AT OUR HQ TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS / PACKAGE. NO SUCH ATTEMPTS NOR REQUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED OR ENTERTAINED.
#2: RETURN ITEMS / PACKAGE TO ONE OF OUR STORES (except Sogo KL, Subang Parade, Gala City Mall, Park City Mall and Sibu) AND:-
#2A: EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR ANOTHER ITEM OF THE SAME VALUE OR HIGHER AT THE SAME STORE.
Step-by-step guide on returning items / order at one of our stores:
- Pack your item in original shipping packaging, together with Order Confirmation / Slip that comes in the package and head to one of our stores within Peninsular Malaysia and Imago Mall, Sabah only.
- At the store, you can opt to exchange for another size, colour or any other item within the store on the same day. You can select items of the same or higher value to be exchanged. You will be required to top-up for a higher value item. Balance amount will not be refunded if unused.
#2B: GET A REFUND IN THE FORM OF ONLINE STORE CREDIT
- If for any reason, you are unable to find another item for exchange within the same store on the same day, then the store will pack your items together with your Order Confirmation / Slip to be returned to HQ. This process of sending the package back to HQ may take 7-10 days.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org citing your Order Confirmation number (usually starts with #1XXX), attach a screenshot of the RETURNED SLIP you had filled in at the store so we can keep track of the status.
- Once HQ receives your package and upon confirmation of acceptance of returned items conditions stipulated by our fulfilment team, you will receive your online Store Credit in your account online.
- Check your online Store Credit by logging into your online account with us, using the same email you had used to purchase the order, after 10-14 working days.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
You are eligible for an online Store Credit for your returned items or exchange of your item within one of our stores, subject to the following conditions of our Return Policy:
- The following timeframes apply: Online (Malaysia): 30 days from date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase must be included with the returned merchandise. You may reprint from your Account records online if lost.
- Item(s) must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, unaltered, unworn, in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Accessories, jewellery, sale items, and orders made with promotional codes are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange nor return.
- Returns can only be made once per order number. Meaning that any item(s) requested for exchange or any orders made with return credit cannot be returned or exchanged the subsequent time.
- The management reserves the right to limit or refuse a refund.
- The above terms and conditions may be changed, revised and/or altered without prior notice.
- We will not provide a refund via any other means (i.e. cash, in physical store credit, same mode of payment, bank-in to your account etc.) for any reason and will not entertain any request to do so.
nichii Malaysia reserves the right to deny the refund via online store credit and/or exchange within the same store request if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
The management of NFC CLOTHIER SDN. BHD. reserves the right to limit or refuse a claim, the right to vary or amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In any case of dispute, NFC CLOTHIER SDN. BHD. reserves the right of final decision.
