1. Is there FREE SHIPPING?

    Yes, for orders RM120.00 & above for Peninsular Malaysia and RM180.00 & above for East Malaysia, you will be eligible for free shipping.

    The following shipping rates apply:
    Peninsular Malaysia: RM7.00 per kg (for single orders below RM120.00)
    East Malaysia: RM10.00 per kg (for single orders below RM180.00)

    For Singapore orders: flat rate RM20.00 shipping per order.

  2. When will I receive a confirmation for my order?

    Your order confirmation will be emailed after placing a successful order, be sure to check your spam if it is not in your inbox within an hour after placing your order.

  3. When will I receive my order? How do I track my order?

    Normally, it takes between 5 to 7 business days for your order to reach you. This is subject to delivery timelines as set by courier partners.

    We use several courier services to ship out your order:

    ninjavan
    Go to https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking and key in the tracking number (usually starting with NVMYNICHI00000XXXX) that was provided at the time the order was shipped.

    easyParcel
    Go to https://easyparcel.com/my/en/track/ and key in the 12-digit EasyParcel tracking number (6XXXXXXXXXXX) 
    that was provided at the time the order was shipped.

  4. It could take anywhere between 5 to 7 business days for your order to reach you. Look for ‘Track Your Order’ in the footer of the website to trace your parcel.

    Tentative timeline of deliveries by territories:
    Peninsular Malaysia: 5 to 7 business days
    East Malaysia: 7 to 10 business days
    Singapore: 7 to 10 business days
    NOTE: Subject to extenuating circumstances, festive backlogs and delays may apply.

  5. Does nichii deliver to restricted zones and PO boxes?

    We are not able to deliver to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as camps, ports and airports.

  6. I am not available at time of delivery.

    Please ensure you are shipping to a valid address that has a recipient who can acknowledge receipt on your behalf. We will not be responsible for failed or erred deliveries.

  7. How do I change my shipping address and/or order after an order has been placed?

    Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, no changes whatsoever can be made. Please check your purchases thoroughly before you confirm the order.

  8. What should I do if I haven't received my order?

    If you haven’t received your item within 7 working days, check your order status to see if our shipping partner has attempted delivery. Click on ‘Track Your Order’ at the bottom of our website. For further escalation, please email us at orders@nichii.com with your Order Confirmation number (usually starts with #1XXX) that was sent to you via email.
