Giveaway Period: The Giveaway starts at 12:00 on 23/03/2023 and closes at 23:59:59 on 08/04/2023.
Eligibility: This Giveaway is only open to Malaysian citizens, aged 18 years and above only. Not eligible for employees and their immediate families of NFC Clothier Sdn Bhd, its partners and affiliated companies as well as associated and/or business partners.

How to participate:
1. Participants are required to answer 3 questions in the link given within the specified Giveaway period.
2. In order for the entry to be valid, participants must follow both @nichii (FB) and @nichii_asia (IG)
3. Participants must tag 5 friends in the comment section in the Giveaway post
4. Participants must share a picture of nichii's giveaway post on their own FB story and/or IG story. Set their profile and the post to the public. Make sure to tag @nichii (FB) and/or @nichii_asia (IG)
5. The photo must be submitted via the entry form with completed information (Full name, NRIC, Mobile number, Email address, Delivery Address, and other information as stated in the form)
6. Each entry submitted must comply with the requirements below:
Participants must be the owner of the entry to submit the entry on his or her behalf.
Entries will be disqualified on the basis of unclear, incomplete, duplicate, copies, illegible or incorrect entries; and or Entries submitted must NOT contain the following:
- Nudity or sexual content
- Coarse language
- Advertising for other products, services, or website
- Copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to a third party (unless legally authorised by the third party to use such material)
- Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposure, compression artefacts, or other degradations to image clarity
- Any other cause for rejection at the Organiser’s discretion
7. By submitting the entry for the purposes of the Giveaway, the Participant certifies and acknowledges that the Participant is the owner of the entry thus allowing the Organiser’s to use, edit, publish and otherwise alter and re-engineer it without any condition.
8. A Participant is allowed to submit multiple entries for the Giveaway but only one entry will be considered for the prizes in respect of the same Participant.
9. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that:
- Undermines, has or attempted to undermine the operation of the Giveaway by fraud, cheating or deception; and/or
- Are not eligible or unable to provide proof of eligibility to participate in the Giveaway for verification by the Organiser when requested.
- In the event of a disqualification after a prize has been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand the return of the Prize or payment of its value from the disqualified Participant.

Publicity
The Organiser may use a Participant’s entry including without limitation, photos, artworks, text, and any other content or information submitted for purposes of the Giveaway (collectively the “Materials”), and the Participant’s name, and/or likeness, for advertising, publicity, and Giveaway of any goods or service of the Organiser, for an unlimited time throughout the world without compensation, and in any media. The Participant shall do all things necessary to give effect to this if requested by the Organiser.

Intellectual Property Rights
The Participant agrees that all intellectual property rights in any contents and/or materials submitted, made, or created by the Participant in connection with the Giveaway and any derivative works arising therefrom will perpetually and unconditionally be vested in, assigned to, and owned by the Organiser. The Organiser has the right to use and modify such materials or works in any way it deems fit without compensation to the Participant and the Participant waives all rights he or she may have in such materials or works.

Entry Deadline: All entries must be received before 23:59:59, 08/04/2023.

Prizes: There are a total of fifty [50] winners will be selected and 50x e-Vouchers worth RM100.00 to be won throughout the Giveaway Period between 23/03/2023 and 09/04/2023.

Prize Claim/Delivery Date:
The list of winners will be announced on nichii’s Facebook page [@nichii] and Instagram [@nichii_asia]. Winners will be contacted via email and/or direct messages.

All winners must follow the instructions provided in the winner announcement and subsequent email correspondence in order to be eligible for the prizes. While every care will be taken to send out the prizes via unique promo codes to the individual winner’s email, participants are responsible for providing a valid email address that they have access to.

The Organiser will not be responsible for failed or erred deliveries. No further delivery attempts will be made should the first delivery attempt be unsuccessful. The Giveaway Entry will then be deemed invalid.

Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason.

If any of the Giveaway winner(s) fail to respond to The Organiser within 7 days of being contacted via email and/or phone call, The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another Giveaway participant.

Prize: RM100 e-Voucher (www.nichii.com) Terms and Conditions
- Applicable on purchases made on www.nichii.com only.
- Not to be used on any other online platforms.
- Applicable for use on normal priced items only.
- Voucher expires on May 19, 2023.
- Cannot be combined with other product discounts.
- Cannot be combined with shipping discounts.
- Not to be combined or used with third-party vouchers, coupons, promotions, discounts, and value buy, including but not limited to offers by third-party.
- Items purchased with this voucher can not be returned nor exchanged.
- Not to be partially redeemed. Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited.
- Not exchangeable for cash nor to be resold or traded for whatsoever reason.
- Vouchers passed expiry date will not be accepted nor extended.
- NO claims will be entertained for any voucher that is expired, lost, misused for whatsoever reason.

In the event that the unique promo code for the e-Voucher has been utilised by any person other than the intended winner, the claim of the prize and its usage is deemed final. NO claims will be entertained for any voucher that is expired, misused for whatsoever reason.

The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend or alter the Giveaway Period and Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice to any party.

Any entries received after the end of the Giveaway Period (due to any reason whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Giveaway shall be governed by these terms and conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.

The Organiser reserves the right to limit or refuse a claim, the right to vary or amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In any case of dispute, the Organiser reserves the right of final decision.
